SIOUX FALLS – The Brookings Outlaws won the 18U USA Softball Fastpitch State A Tournament on Sunday, beating SD Gold 10-6 in the title game.
They went 3-0 for the weekend, opening with a 7-5 defeat of SD Gold in Game 1 of the double-elimination tourney Saturday.
The Outlaws dropped Extreme SD 4-2 in the semifinals Sunday.

The Brookings Outlaws won the 14U Fastpitch Softball State A Tournament last weekend in Sioux Falls, posting a 4-0 record.
They dropped the SF Cyclones ‘03 7-0 in the title game Sunday.
The Outlaws opened with a 12-1 defeat of Yankton, beat the SF Cyclones ‘03 3-1 and toppled the SF Cyclones ‘04 14-6 on Saturday.
