GLENDALE, Colo. – Brian J. Gatzke, ARA, founder of Northern Plains Appraisal, LLC in Brookings, has been awarded the Appraisal Professional of the Year from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
The Appraisal Professional of the Year Award, sponsored by Rabo AgriFinance LLC, is one of the most prestigious awards that ASFMRA bestows. The award recognizes an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) or Real Property Review Appraiser (RPRA) who has made an impact on the profession through involvement in appraisal education courses, service on professional appraisal boards, community involvement or activities and whose clients, peers and colleagues affirm their professionalism and excellence within the appraisal profession.
The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is the largest professional association for rural property land experts in the United States. ASFMRA was founded in 1929 and is the recognized leader in providing education, networking and training for professionals who provide management, valuation and consulting services on agricultural and rural property and assets.
