SDSU Soccer announces summer camp dates

The Jackrabbit soccer team has announced dates for its 2019 summer camps. South Dakota State will host the Future Jacks Clinic, July 28-30, and the Field Player and Goalkeeper Camp, July 28-31.

Camps will be led by US Soccer and USC certified coaches, offering participants a chance to improve and prepare for their upcoming seasons while blending the perfect combination of instruction and competition in a fun environment for all.

The Future Jacks Soccer Clinic is open to younger players aged 4-9 and features a one-hour evening sessions from 6:15-7:15 p.m., Sunday through Tuesday.

The clinic costs $40 and includes training and a camp t-shirt. Space is limited, so campers are encouraged to sign up quickly.

The Field Player and Goalkeeper Camp is open to all boys and girls, regardless of skill level, ages 9-19 and will run Sunday through Wednesday.

Costs for the camp vary:

Resident ($350) – Includes all meals, room and camp t-shirt. Resident campers stay overnight in air-conditioned campus residence halls.

Commuter ($270) – Includes lunch, dinner and a camp t-shirt. These campers commute in but attend all training sessions.

Day Camper ($190) – Includes camp t-shirt. Day campers will attend morning and afternoon training sessions, but will not receive meals. They have the option to go home for lunch, bring lunch or buy lunch in the cafeteria.

Campers who sign up before May 1 are eligible for a $15 Early Bird Discount.
