• Alexander Anatolyevich Koromyslov, 53, of 1719 Lincoln Lane, entering or refusing to leave property after notice, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; DUI, fined $747, with 28 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Austin Michael Sayegh, 16, Aurora, reckless driving, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC; speeding on other roadways, fined $232.50, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
