CLASS V FELONY

• Michaela C. Ramon, 27, Aberdeen, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,000.50 with $444.26 restitution and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• David Darin Cox, 56, Sioux Falls, second-offense DUI, fined $647 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC; resisting arrest, fined $400 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 110 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• William Alfred Snoozy, 40, of 521 12th St. S., domestic abuse simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 45 days in BCDC, 40 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
