Posted

The timeless Lewis Carroll classic “Alice in Wonderland” comes to life on the Bell Auditorium stage this weekend. Delight in the fun and quirky characters that Alice encounters after she falls down the rabbit hole into a curious and colorful new land.

The cast and crew of 45 BHS students have worked relentlessly since late February to bring “Alice” to the stage. This is director Kayla Mette’s fourth BHS production and it’s sure to delight audiences of all ages.

The extraordinary set, costumes, effects and acting will transport you to wonderland right along with Alice. This is a show you’ll want to see over and over again.

The BHS Thespian Club is holding a bake sale after each performance. All funds raised through the bake sale go toward the BHS Theatre program.

The performances will take place at the Brookings High School Bell Auditorium on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Performances will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Tickets will be available at the door before each performance at a cost of $6 for adults and $4 for seniors/students, cash or check only. Activity cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
