The Brookings Board of Adjustment will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third St. Items on the agenda include:

• Fergen variance request  – 724 Main Ave. – construct a detached garage with 56 square feet over the accessory square footage limit

• Vincent variance request – 117 20th Street South – construct accessory structure with 16-foot sidewalls 

• Gorder variance request – 166 and 170 First Ave. S. – Variances for reduced landscape buffer, number of driveways, driveway spacing, and driveway width
