The Brookings City Council will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday to hold an executive session to consult with legal counsel about pending litigation or contractual matters. The board will then hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. in the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third St. Items on the agenda include:
