The Fire Department trained Tuesday evening on structure fire attack. We used a short video to start the night and moved to the south training site. We had set three locations, structures, with the drill starting from the time the apparatus deployed its brakes to time of being able to flow water at the door; should be under two minutes. This involves all members being properly dressed in full PPE, engaging the pump, advancing the hose line to the front door and flowing water to begin entry. All apparatus made it within the two-minute mark.

Fire prevention is still in full swing and expected to run for two or three more weeks.
