BROOKINGS – Bismarck’s Daniel Chladek netted a pair of goals and John Roberts tallied 24 saves to lead the Bobcats over the Blizzard, 3-0, in an NAHL Central Division game Friday night at Larson Ice Center.
Tim Piechowski scored on assists from Willy Stauber and Kirklan Irey 4 minutes into the second period.
Chladek lit the lamp with 11:48 remaining in the third and again with 1:43 left. Adam Stacho assisted on both goals, with Alex Pollock also getting credited with a helper on the first tally.
Brookings’ Jack Caruso stopped 36 shots.
The Blizzard (9-35-2-1, 21 points) and Bobcats (25-18-2-1, 53 points) face off again tonight at 7:05 at LIC.
