Bismarck Bobcats blank Brookings Blizzard 7-0

BISMARCK, N.D. – Six different Bobcats lit the lamp and Ryan Ullan made 23 saves to earn the shutout win in goal as Bismarck drilled the Blizzard 7-0 in an NAHL Central Division matchup Saturday night at the VFW Sports Center.

Lukas Millen recorded two goals, while Cooper Haar, Jacob Marti, Michael Mahan, Jake Olson and Adam Stacho added one apiece.

Haar also had three assists and Grant Johnson contributed two.

Bismarck (16-15-2-0, 34 points) scored twice in each of the first two periods and added three goals in the third.

Brookings’ Zachary Borgiel stopped 16 shots and allowed six goals in 43:28 of game time. Benjamin Beck had three saves and gave up a goal over the final 16:32.

The last-place Blizzard (14-16-1-1, 30 points) play host to Austin on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.
