BROOKINGS – The Bobcats fell 9-0 to Aberdeen Central, 7-2 to Harrisburg and 7-2 to Yankton during a girls’ tennis quadrangular Friday afternoon at Hillcrest.
Brookings (0-6) plays host to the Jim Holwerda Jamboree today. The Bobcats face Watertown at 9 a.m. and Aberdeen Roncalli at 2 p.m.

The Golden Eagles’ Olivia Goetz edged Jane Ardry 10-8 in the No. 1 singles match.
Mirra Frohling was a 10-6 victor over Abby Enevoldsen at No. 2.
Goetz and Frohling teamed for a 10-6 win over Ardry and Enevoldsen in No. 1 doubles action.
Brookings’ Lilly Brandt had a tight match in No. 5 singles, falling 10-8 to Emily Ringgenberg.
