HURON – The Bombers Black used 12 hits and 11 walks in a 15-1 romp over Huron on Monday night.
Jake Ammann allowed one earned run after giving up four hits and five walks with nine strikeouts in 4 2/3 innings. Kaden Jewett got the final out with a strikeout after walking one.
Sam Hardin finished with two hits and three RBIs while Trey Svennes added two singles and a pair of runs batted in.
Lincoln Hardin, Talon Richter and Ashton Witte doubled and drove in one run as Josh Devine added a two-base hit, as well, and Isac Norgaard had an RBI single.
The Bombers Black travel to Watertown for a noon doubleheader today.
