BROOKINGS — Phillip Egeberg, IT manager for Brookings Municipal Utilities, received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award recently for the extraordinary support he provides his employee Sgt. Marshall Stearns with the ARNG 196th MEB.
