SIOUX FALLS – The Bobcats beat Lincon 26-28, 27-25, 25-22, 25-22 in a volleyball match Saturday afternoon.
“We competed today and finished with big points at critical times,” said BHS coach Tina Birgen. “Our effort and ability to execute the gameplan was a huge part of the team win!”
Kat Charging racked up 16 kills, as Landree Wilson recorded 12 and Gracie Adamson eight.
Brittany Birgen (25) and Mackenzie Weber (17) combined for 42 set assists.
Sydney Schneider came up with 21 digs. Tessa Nelson added 16 and Riley Weisbeck 15.
Adamson recorded four blocks and Tayla Dobrenski and Wilson contributed three apiece.
Weber netted four aces and Nelson and Charging both tallied three.
Brookings (5-20) is host to Aberdeen Central on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
