BROOKINGS – The Brookings Wildlife Federation will feature its own President Spencer Vaa as the speaker at its monthly infolunch at noon Friday at the Brookings County Outdoor Adventure Center, 2810 22nd Ave. S.
Vaa is one of Brookings' most accomplished and far-traveled outdoorsmen. He has taken the local Federation on virtual hunting trips from the Northern Rockies to the plains of Africa. His presentation is titled “Hunting with My French Brittney and Favorite Firearms.”
Vaa will tell hunting tales, interact with the audience, and show several of his favorite hunting guns, each with a unique history.
The infolunch is open to the public. A light lunch will be available.
The BWF is affiliated with the South Dakota Wildlife Federation and the National Wildlife Federation. The BWF is in its 40th year of supplying conservation information and activities to the Brookings community. For more information, contact Vaa at 695-6867.
