“An Elkton resident reported damage to their 2001 Buick Park Avenue that was parked at the baseball field in Elkton,” Sebring said.
The Buick was parked on the south side of Third Street between Badger Street and Nicki Street at 6 p.m. Thursday and left the baseball field at 8:30 p.m., he said.
“The damage to the vehicle was located on the driver’s side front fender,” Sebring said.
