Charlene G. Rust, 72, of Harrisburg, died Friday, July 7, 2017, at the Avera Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. Monday, July 10 at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, where the family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
