DELL RAPIDS – The Colman-Egan boys and Howard girls won team titles at Monday’s St. Mary Golf Invite at Rocky Run Golf Course.
Mason Hemmer and Kade Groos finished 1-2 in the boys’ race with respective scores of 79 and 80 while Baltic’s Chantel Brende was the medalist on the girls’ side.
The Hawks fired a 255 as Arlington finished second with a 274 – led by Haydn Gilbertson’s 86 – followed by Howard (275) and Chester Area (278).
Flandreau’s Dawson Blum carded an 88 for sixth as Arlington’s Scott Sampson finished seventh with a 90.
The Flier girls shot a 304 for second to the Tigers’ top score of 287 as Keva Burshiem shot a 98 for fourth; Destiny Nelson fired a 103 for seventh; and Alaina Cloud was eighth with a 108.
