Aubrey Ryan Archambeau, 21, Sioux Falls, possession of prescription/non-prescription drugs or controlled substances, fined $500 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 140 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Amber Paulson, 35, of 408 Main Ave. S., accessory to a felony, fined $600 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Brian J. Soderholm, 30, Worthington, Minnesota, stalking, fined $2,084 and sentenced to 360 days in BCDC; permit threatening or harassing telephone calls, fined $2,084 and sentenced to 360 days in BCDC, 540 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Shawn R. Weidenbach, 42, Sioux Falls, driving with revoked license, fined $402.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $122.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, 36 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Lindsey M. Bird Weston, 40, Flandreau, first-degree petty theft – more than $400, fined $500 and $40 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
