Kenton Kimmell, 54, of 2005 20th St. S. No. 6, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fined $1,000 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 162 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
