CLASS IV FELONIES

Mason J. Brock, 21, of 1021 Western Ave. No. 8, second-degree robbery, fined $800 and sentenced to seven years in the state penitentiary and 120 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Quinten James Patterson, 22, Lower Brule, second-degree robbery, fined $106.50 and sentenced to six years in the state penitentiary, two years of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
