Brandon James Smith, 38, Sioux Falls, third-offense DUI, fined $1,050.50 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Andrew M. Nieman, 34, of 725 Second St. S. No. 5, interference with emergency communications, fined $486.50 and sentenced to 75 days in BCDC, 66 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Lance W. Gluhm, 36, 208 W. Eighth St., domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $427.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
