CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

Crystian Omar Sanchez Henriquez, of 435 36th St. S., ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Clark Alan Wieneke, 22, Maple Grove, Minnesota, possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana, fined $502.50, suspended imposition of sentence.

Samuel Todd Krueger, 23, Elkton, traffic in substitute plates, fined $402.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Byron Gomez-Interiano, 36, Elkton, DUI, fined $652.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Lori Ann Caraway, 47, of 1521 16th Ave. W., second-offense DUI, fined $900 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, house arrest approved.
