Court report 11-29
CLASS III FELONY
Steven Christopher Hayne, 19, of 534 Seventh Ave. S. No. 11, second-degree burglary, fined $106.50 with $1,144 restitution and sentenced to eight years in the state penitentiary, five years of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by he court.
CLASS V FELONIES
Robert Aaron Jackson, 30, Volga, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,400.30 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 42 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
