David Skogen, age 56, of Rapid City and formerly of the Brookings area, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Monument Health in Rapid City, SD. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Eidsness Funeral Chapel in White with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in White.
David attended grade school in Brookings. He lived in Redfield, Watertown and in Rapid City where he lived in a group home served by Black Hills Works.
Survivors include his brothers, Neil (Kay) Skogen of Sister Lakes, Michigan, and Doug (Wendy) Skogen of Keystone; sister, Lynda Skogen of Keystone.
