BROOKINGS – First Bank & Trust announced that Susan Rosenberg has joined the organization as the chief wealth management officer.
Rosenberg will spearhead the overall strategic direction of Wealth Management Services, including trust, investment management, brokerage, and private banking, at First Bank & Trust in Brookings, Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, and the regional community bank locations.
Rosenberg received her Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She spent 10 years practicing law focused on estate planning, trusts, and probate for a large Midwestern law firm. Prior to that, Rosenberg spent 15 years in various roles in trust companies for financial institutions. Most recently, Rosenberg served as chief trust and investments officer of F&M Trust in central Pennsylvania.

Rosenberg is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and, having just moved back to the Midwest, looks forward to joining more local organizations. She was previously on the board of directors for the Pinky Swear Foundation in Minneapolis, a non-profit focused on helping families of children with terminal cancer.
A native of Fairmont, Minnesota, Rosenberg enjoys staying active in outdoor sports, including paddle boarding and cross-country skiing. Family, friends, and theatre top her list for priorities outside of work. She looks forward to connecting with local civic groups and charitable organizations as she gets settled in her new community. Rosenberg has two grown children, both residing in Minnesota.
