Four-wheeler stolen from rural Brookings

BROOKINGS – A four-wheeler was reported stolen last week, according to the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle was reported stolen at 12:15 p.m. Thursday from 1516 44th St. S., south of Brookings, Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring said.

“The four-wheeler was parked between the driveway and the house. The four-wheeler was stolen sometime between 7 p.m. on June 2 and 10 a.m. on June 3,” Sebring said.

“The four-wheeler is described as a 1998 Polaris 300, green in color. It has a ball hitch and black plastic racks on the front and back. The value is estimated at $1,500,” Sebring said.
