BROOKINGS – The home of Jared and Missy Fevold at 532 Copper Mountain Circle was definitely one of the best decorated in Brookings for Halloween.
Late Tuesday afternoon, before he slipped into his own Grim Reaper costume, Jared was still busy making last-minute adjustments to his mostly homemade display that he spent the day putting up and the past month creating. He plans to disassemble the scene of graves, Grim Reapers, skulls, fencing, cobwebs, faux stone wall and more today.
Jared says he’s created Halloween displays for the past several years, and he and his wife also go all-out with their Christmas decorations. He has even bigger and better plans for next Halloween, with an awning and corn monsters on his to-do list.
