MITCHELL – Harrisburg beat Tabor 6-0 and Crofton, Neb., defeated the Dell Rapids Mudcats 6-1 in the second round of the Class B State Amateur Baseball Tournament on Tuesday night at Cadwell Park.
The Woodies and Bluejays face off in the quarterfinals Friday at 5:30 p.m.
The second round concludes today as Canton faces Alexandria at 5:30 p.m. and Madison takes on Four Corners at 7:30 p.m.

Drew Sweeter spun a six-hit shutout as the Woodies advanced with the victory over the Bluebirds.
Sweeter struck out six batters and walked a pair.
Sweeter, who finished 2-for-5 at the plate, and Brody Kunzmann reached on back-to-back errors to open the fourth. Brian Stoebner walked to load the bases.
Drew Andela was hit by a pitch with one out, forcing in Sweeter. Kunzmann scampered home on a wild pitch and J.T. Miller, who went 2-for-4, added a two-out RBI single to make it 3-0.
Aaron LaBrie led off the sixth with a walk and Miller singled with two outs.
Ryan Menssen’s RBI single made it 4-0. Miller took home on a double steal to push the margin to 5-0.
In the seventh, Stoebner drew a one-out base on balls, moved to second on LaBrie’s single and scored on a Matt Hames hit with two away.
Dalton Allen added two hits for Harrisburg.
Tabor’s Chris Sutera was 2-for-4 and Jason Humpal doubled.
Hunter Hallock gave up three runs – none earned – on three hits and two walks with one strikeout over 3 2/3 innings in the loss.

Cameron Kerkhove pitched eight solid innings, giving up one run – unearned – on five hits and a walk, and Rand Thygeson homered to pace the Bluejays.
Thygeson, who finished 3-for-5, led off the bottom of the sixth with a single.
Brandon Hegge was hit by a pitch with one out and James Kaiser, who went 2-for-4, singled to load the bases.
Thygeson scored on a wild pitch. Jarod Wiebelhaus, who was 2-for-4, added an RBI single. Kaiser scampered home on an error to make it 3-0.
Dell Rapids’ Travis Peters reached on an error to open the eighth. After Deon Entringer doubled with one out, Chad Hunt plated Peters with a sacrifice fly to cut the deficit to 3-1.
Thygeson went deep on the sixth pitch of the bottom of the eighth.
Hegge singled with one out. Wiebelhaus came through with an RBI single and Carl Schieffer tacked on a run-scoring double to provide for the final margin.
Thygeson pitched a scoreless ninth.
Five different Mudcats collected a hit.
Collin Karst took the loss after giving up three runs – two earned – on six hits with four strikeouts and a walk in seven innings of action.
