Joleen Marie Darrah was born March 10, 1966, to Marilyn Neilson Darrah and Henry Clement Darrah in Brookings.
She lived in many states including South Dakota, Florida, California, and Montana. Joleen died April 3, 2021 in her residence in California. She was married to Jon Ness and blessed with her son Hunter Ness. She was preceded in death by her Father, Henry Clement Darrah, Mother Marilyn Neilson Darrah.
She is survived by her son Hunter Ness, sisters Colleen (Sanders) Darrah, Cathy (Dacquel) Darrah, and brothers Robert Darrah and Joseph Darrah and many cousins, uncles and aunts. Joleen loved her dogs and horses and her family and friends. She had a kind, generous heart for those in need.
