Joyceinna Bair - Nampa, Idaho

A celebration of life memorial service for Joyceinna Bair will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 24 at Brookings First Assembly of God. 

 Joyce was born August 6, 1958, in Volga, to Frank and Lorraine Anderson, the fourth of five children. She graduated from Deubrook High School in 1976 and moved that fall with a classmate to Brush, Colorado. She then moved to Craig where she worked as a waitress at the Village Inn Pancake House.  

In 1984 she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she met the love of her life,  Dwayne Bair, shortly after their marriage in Las Vegas on Feb. 23, 1985,  the couple moved to Spokane, Bellingham, Lyndon, and Tacoma, all in Washington. Joyce graduated with an associate degree In biotechnology from Tacoma Community College in June 2006. In 2006, they moved to Nampa, Idaho, where Joyce worked for Scentsy, Micron, and College of Western Idaho as a lab tech preparing biology labs for students. CWI will be honoring her with a scholarship and a garden dedicated in her name.  Joyce loved to learn, she enjoyed reading, gardening, and she and Dwayne went on drives to explore new places, museums, the mountains, and nature most Sundays. 

Joyce died of cancer on August 28 in Nampa, Idaho. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
