Just Duet Dueling Pianos come to Downtown at Sundown

BROOKINGS – Downtown at Sundown is back with week No. 2 of free family fun and live music.

Every Thursday night, come to Fifth Street in downtown Brookings from 5-9 p.m. for local musicians, regional headliner acts, free face painting, inflatables, bag toss, and food and beverage vendors from favorite local restaurants. The series runs through the end of summer with the final festival taking place on Aug. 22.

This week’s performance features local opener Tommy Edwin. This Brookings native plays both 6- and 12-string guitar and the harmonica and performs both original music and covers. This week’s headliner features Sheri Mack and Tim Deats of the Just Duet Dueling Pianos – two amazing piano players. This engaging act holds nothing back – expect great vocals, music you love and plenty of good times.

Downtown at Sundown is a free event for all ages. The kid zone inflatables, face painting and bag toss are all free.

Tickets must be purchased at the ticket booth to buy food and beverages. Each vendor is serving something different, ranging in price from one to seven tickets.
