Keith E. Tarrell, 86, passed away on Friday, Sept.15, 2023, at the Estelline Nursing and Care Center in Estelline, SD.
Keith’s celebration of life will be held at the Estelline Legion Building on Wednesday, Sept. 20, from 4 to 6 p.m.
