BROOKINGS – Jessica Lamfers has been named the winner of Mills Property Management’s 2019 Brian Graslie Impact Award. Mills Property announced the 2019 award winner at its annual company meeting on Oct. 25.
The Brian Graslie Impact Award is given in honor of Brian Graslie, who worked at Mills Property Management from 2011 until his sudden passing in 2018. Those who knew and worked with Brian remember him for his generous spirit, positive attitude, kindness and willingness to always lend a hand. The award is given to the Mills Property Management team member who most exemplifies these qualities. The first Brian Graslie Impact Award was given out in 2018.
The award recipient is chosen from a group of peer nominations. This year 10 team members were nominated. Lamfers received several nominations, each including references to her kind and generous spirit, her willingness to help others no matter what, her positive attitude under any circumstance, and her unparalleled commitment to service.
“Since her first day at Mills Property Management, Jessica has made a positive impact on our work culture,” CFO Mallory Minor said. “She has the most positive outlook on life, and her kind, generous spirit is shown through all of her customer and coworker interactions. Jessica is an excellent example of the characteristics The Brian Graslie Impact Award represents.”
Lamfers has worked at Mills Property Management since 2014 as a staff accountant.
