Matthew P. Moore, age 39, of Mitchell, formerly of Madison, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, at his residence in Mitchell.
Memorial services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Madison. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday with the family present from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial is at Graceland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Matt’s family to establish an education fund for his children.
