BROOKINGS – Residents and staff celebrated The Neighborhoods at Brookview’s fifth anniversary on Monday, June 4 by releasing balloons in front of the nursing home.
The annual tradition marks the day team members transferred residents from the old nursing home, Brookview Manor, to live in the new facility.
The Neighborhoods embraces the household model of long-term care and is rated as a five-star facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
