The Brookings Figure Skating Club will be the nonprofit organization helping with the upcoming VFW Auxiliary Third Sunday Breakfast. The skaters will be on hand as servers. Board members from the Brookings Figure Skating Club will be on hand if you have questions about the programs available or any other questions about their activities.
Each breakfast purchased will receive a chance to win a ticket to the ice skating show “The Wizard of Oz” on April 6 and 7. More information about the “Wizard of Oz” performance will be coming at a later date.
The breakfast choices are pancakes or biscuits and gravy. With the entree you will also receive scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, juice and coffee. A single entree is $7. If you would like both entrees, it is available for $9. Tickets for children 3-7 are $4, and toddlers 2 and younger are free.
Come join the Brookings Figure Skating Club from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the VFW post home at 520 Main Ave.
