BROOKINGS – Authorities say foul play is not suspected in the death of a man found in a Brookings parking lot last week.
Police and ambulance personnel responded after an unresponsive male was reported in a parking lot in the 3000 block of LeFevre Drive shortly before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10. “Upon arrival, it was found that the male was deceased,” Assistant Chief Derrick Powers said last week.
Powers said investigators found no indication of foul play, and there is no danger to the public.
No other information was released in the case.
