Norma June McKinney, 79, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at the Hendricks Nursing Home in Hendricks, Minn.
Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church in White, with visitations one hour prior to the funeral services. Eidsness Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements.
She was born March 1, 1938, to George and Grace (Kor) Lambertus at White.
Norma grew up in the White area.
She attended rural school in Sherman Township. Norma was baptized on March 30, 1955, and confirmed on April 3, 1955, at Zion Lutheran Church in White.
She married Ben J. Dreesen on Jan. 25, 1957, at Luverne, Minn. They were later divorced. On Nov. 13, 1976, Norma married Eugene McKinney at the United Methodist Church in White. Eugene died Sept. 21, 2016.
Prior to her marriage, Norma babysat and helped out in homes, cleaning and taking care of individuals.
She loved flowers, doing crafts, crocheting and embroidery.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Jim (Sharon) McKinney of Brandon; sister-in-law, Myrtle McKinney of White; two sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene McKinney; infant son, Ralph George Dreesen; brother-in-law, Merlyn McKinney and her mother-in-law and father-in-law.
