The Brookings County Pheasants Forever Chapter held its annual youth pheasant hunt on Sunday, Oct. 7.
The group gathered at the Brookings Gun Club for target practice and a gun safety presentation. The group then went on a guided pheasant hunt in rural Brookings County.
A drawing was held at the event for a pair of shotguns and the two lucky winners were, pictured right: Payton Lemme, left and Trevor Healy.
