1:12 a.m. Officer Pollman took a report of theft from a residence in the 700 block of Brooklawn Drive.
1:27 p.m. Officer Larsen took a theft report that occurred in the 500 block of Third Street. It is under investigation.
2:55 p.m. Brookings Police responded to the 500 block of Western Avenue for a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A state report was completed.
8:01 p.m. DUI-second offense; ingestion of a controlled drug or substance as felony; improper right turn
8:35 p.m. Officers responded to a family non-violent incident in the 500 block of Hunters Ridge Road. An investigation was conducted, and a male party was arrested for simple assault domestic. A report was generated.
Wednesday, Feb. 5
10:35 a.m. Victim reported being slapped in the back of the head by another tenant who lives in the senior apartment building. Victim did not want to pursue charges. Referred case to the Department of Social Services.
10:44 a.m. Brookings Police stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Second Street South for a registration violation. The driver had a valid warrant issued through Brown County.
Thursday, Feb. 6
12:23 p.m. Law enforcement investigated a three-vehicle, non-injury accident.
12:42 p.m. Officer Weinrich was dispatched to the 1800 block of Derdall Drive for a report of a welfare check. A report was generated.
2:12 p.m. Brookings Police stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
3:58 p.m. Brookings Police responded to the 600 block of Medary Avenue for a disorderly female. The female was arrested.
