1:07 a.m. Dispatch received a Crime Stoppers tip in regard to an individual with an active warrant. Contact was made with the individual, and he was placed under arrest. A report was filed.

Saturday, April 17

12:12 a.m. Disorderly conduct

1:30 a.m. Brookings Police took a report of suspicious activity from the 300 block of Main Avenue. A report was filed.

9:58 a.m. Officers with the Brookings Police Department responded to the 3000 block of Medary Avenue South due to a report of a single-vehicle, rollover crash. No injuries were reported.

10:35 a.m. Sgt. Franklin took a report of theft in the 700 block of Brooklawn Drive.

12:32 p.m. A citizen of Brookings called the Brookings Police Department to report a theft. A report has been generated.

8:20 p.m. Officer Hart responded to the 2500 block of Sixth Street to take possession of lost property. The object was transported to the Brookings Police Department and logged into evidence.

11:28 p.m. Brookings Police investigated an animal bite that occurred in the 1000 block of Castlewood Drive.

11:44 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 Block of Roberts Avenue for a weapons violation.

6:49 p.m. Officers took a report of a stolen wallet in the 2200 block of Sixth Street.

8:44 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of harassment occurring over the phone in the city of Brookings. A report was filed.
