Saturday, April 27

11:28 a.m. Officers took a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Camelot Drive. A report was filed.

12:09 p.m. Officers responded to 821 Fifth St. S. No. 3 for a verbal altercation between two parties. During the investigation, multiple drug paraphernalia items were located and collected as evidence.

1:18 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Sixth Street and Medary Avenue for the report of a hit-and-run accident. The second vehicle which left the scene was later located, and a city accident report was completed. There was minor damage to both vehicles, but no injuries reported.

3:39 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 block of West Eighth Street South. The driver was found to have a revoked license and was subsequently placed under arrest.

Sunday, April 28

1:21 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Main Avenue South. A male was arrested for DUI. A report was filed.

2:17 a.m. Officer Larsen was dispatched to the 800 block of Main Avenue for a fight. One male was arrested.

Monday, April 29

3:27 a.m. Officer Jurrens stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver was cited for numerous charges, and the vehicle was impounded.

12:31 p.m. Officers were advised of a hit-and-run witnessed by a Department of Social Services worker in the DSS parking lot, 1310 Main Ave S. A report was filed.

1:43 p.m. Criminal trespass; disturbing the peace-first offense

3:08 p.m. Report of a baby on a porch for approximately 10 minutes unattended.

4:13 p.m. Officer Pollman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1400 block of Sixth Street West for a tint violation. The driver was arrested for two outstanding Brookings County warrants.
