8:20 a.m. Officers responded to a one-vehicle accident with injury in the 2300 block of Sixth Street. The driver was transported to the Brookings Hospital to be further treated.

12:26 p.m. Officers were called to the 800 block of Main Avenue South for an intoxicated male. The male was located in the 1200 block of Main Avenue South and was arrested for multiple charges.

3:12 p.m. Officer Kreutner responded to the 600 block of Eighth Street South in reference to a theft.

4:03 p.m. A property owner advised the police department they were going to issue a no trespass to a resident.

4:28 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Seventh Street to a report of vandalism. A report was taken.

Saturday, May 4

12:16 a.m. Officer Jurrens stopped a vehicle which was suspected to be leaving the scene of a domestic assault in Volga. The driver was arrested for DUI.

12:21 p.m. Careless driving; exhibition driving; reckless driving

8 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of 12th Street South for a suspicious person. A report was filed for documentation.

Sunday, May 5

12:17 a.m. Officers were dispatched to 1600 block of Sixth Street for a person slumped over the steering wheel. Officers determined the driver was under the influence of a substance other than alcohol and arrested the driver for DUI.

10:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 1800 block of 12th Street South for an assault.
