12:57 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Main Avenue in response to a report of disorderly conduct. One arrest was made.
1:19 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Southland Lane in response to a domestic situation. As a result, one individual was placed under arrest and charged with simple assault and interference with emergency communication.
1:40 a.m. Officers took a report of intentional damage at the intersection of Ninth Street and Eighth Avenue.
3:54 p.m. Officer Weinrich was dispatched to the 1800 block of Ohio Drive for a report of disorderly conduct. A report was filed.
Monday, Sept. 24
8:34 a.m. Officers conducted a welfare check on a male in the 700 block of Brooklawn Drive. The male was placed on a mental health hold and transported to Yankton.
4:19 p.m. Officers were asked by Social Services to do a welfare check on a child.
4:35 p.m. Failure to yield right of way from driveway or alley
11:04 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Medary Avenue South for the report of an attempted assault. As a result, one individual was placed under arrest.
Tuesday, Sept. 25
12:27 p.m. A theft was reported to law enforcement.
3:39 p.m. Officers responded to an accident report in the 500 block of Elm Avenue. A report was filed.
