3:03 p.m. Officers responded to 300 block of Eighth Avenue South for a broken window on a vehicle.

Sunday, Oct. 7

12:14 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of 12th Avenue due to a report of a noise complaint. Several court summonses were issued due to underage drinking violations.

1:01 a.m. Officers Popp and Kreutner were flagged down by staff at the Wild Hare for a fightthat was in progress outside the bar. All parties were separated and cited for disturbing the peace and released. A report was filed.

1:01 a.m. Runaway juvenile

1:51 a.m. Officer Jurrens saw a male urinating on a building. The subject was arrested for possession of a suspended driver’s license.

1:52 a.m. Officer Popp stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue for an illegal U-turn. After an investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI-first offense.

1:56 a.m. Officer Weinrich stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of Seventh Avenue for a vehicle that was stopped at a green light for approximately 18 seconds. The driver was arrested for DUI.

11:55 a.m. An officer responded to the 2200 block of Sixth Street to investigate a report of a quick-change scam. Information was collected, and the investigation is ongoing at this time.

1:12 p.m. Officers pulled over a vehicle in the 1600 block of Sixth Street for an expired license plate. The driver did not have a valid license or insurance on the vehicle. The vehicle was towed, and the driver cited.

Monday, Oct. 8

1:01 a.m. Officer Kreutner assisted the University Police Department with a traffic stop in the 700 block of 16th Avenue. The vehicle was occupied by seven individuals. The driver was arrested for DUI, and three passengers were issued minor consumptions.

1:21 a.m. Officer Pollman conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Onaka Trail for a speeding violation. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

5:39 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Sixth Street and 22nd Avenue for a report of a two-vehicle, injury accident.

6:59 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Ninth Street for a report of vandalism. A report was filed.

7:01 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of 10th Street for a report of vandalism. A report was filed.

8:49 a.m. Officers responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 300 block of Third Street. A state accident report was completed.

9:10 a.m. Sgt. Sonnenburg received a report of vandalism to a vehicle parked in the 100 block of 17th Avenue South. An investigation is pending.

2:33 p.m. An officer responded to the 400 block of Main Avenue for the report of intentional damage to property. A report was filed.

4:27 p.m. An officer responded to the 300 block of Medary Avenue for a report of intentional damage. A report was filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

3:22 a.m. Possession of marijuana, 2 ounces or less; possession or use of drug paraphernalia; possession of suspended license; driving while suspended

7:02 a.m. Officers responded to a two-vehicle, minor-injury accident near the intersection of 32nd Avenue and Daktronics Drive. A report was filed.

12:21 p.m. Officer Franklin took a report of fraud in the 200 block of Sixth Street.

12:38 p.m. Officer Warkenthien took a report of an assault at Mickelson Middle School. An investigation was made, and charges are pending. A juvenile report has been filed.

7:10 p.m. Officer Asmus took a report of a one-vehicle, non-injury accident that occurred on private property on the 1700 block of Sixth Street. A report was filed.
