12:17 a.m. Officer Weinrich took a trespassing report in the 300 block of Third Avenue. An investigation is pending.

1:42 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Second Street South for a report of a disorderly female individual refusing to leave a residence. The female was arrested for disorderly conduct and underage consumption.

4:02 p.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of Ninth Street in reference to domestic violence. A suspect has been identified and an investigation is ongoing.

6:27 p.m. Simple assault intimidation

7:05 p.m. One male was served an outstanding warrant at the Brookings County jail. A report was filed.

Thursday, Oct. 31

10:20 a.m. Brookings police assisted with a probation search. A report was filed.

1:09 p.m. School Resource Officer Warkenthien took a report of disruption of school and a student who assaulted a teacher. An investigation was made, and charges are pending.

2:15 p.m. Sgt. Sonnenburg responded to the Brookings Hospital for an assault. It was reported a female individual had been physically assaulted by a male individual in the 600 block of Seventh Avenue South. An investigation is pending.

Friday, Nov. 1

12:54 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Seventh Street. After an investigation, one male individual was arrested for DUI-first offense.

9:31 a.m. Officer Engstrom took a report of theft form a building in the 600 block of 20th Street South West. The incident is under investigation.

5:50 p.m. Non-injury accident

Saturday, Nov. 2

12:48 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Sixth Street to a report of a possible drunk driver. One person was arrested.

2 a.m. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was arrested for DUI.

4:33 a.m. Simple assault domestic

9:53 a.m. Law enforcement investigated a broken window on a vehicle. It was determined the window likely broke when the vehicle door was shut.

1:46 p.m. Officer Weinrich responded to the 100 block of Second Avenue South for a report of a stolen vehicle. A female was arrested for a warrant, and a state case was put out.

Sunday, Nov. 3

1:20 a.m. Officer Kreutner conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Third Street for a vehicle traveling with no headlights. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI. A report was generated.

1:55 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Fifth Street South on an individual with a warrant. A small amount of drugs was located. A report was filed.
