12:34 a.m. Officers received a phone call about a runaway juvenile. A report was filed, and a state case was filed.

12:41 a.m. In the area of the 200 block of 20th Street South, officers responded to a nonviolent family offense, and a report was filed.

1:39 a.m. Brookings Police and the Brookings Ambulance responded to the 100 block of Second Avenue South for an individual who had harmed themselves. The person was transported to ER for evaluation.

2:04 a.m. Law enforcement investigated an assault.

7:05 p.m. Informational report

8:05 p.m. An individual came to the Brookings Police Department to report possible harassment. A report was taken.

Monday, Nov. 22

7:50 a.m. Brookings Police responded to Interstate 29 and the Highway 14 Bypass for a two-vehicle, noninjury accident. A city accident report was completed.

3:35 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took an accident report in the 1100 block of 17th Avenue South. An accident report was completed.

Tuesday, Nov. 23

7:34 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of trespassing and an assault in the 1000 block of Western Avenue. A report was filed.

8:36 p.m. Officers responded to Skinner’s Pub in report of an individual who vandalized one of the video lottery machines. The individual was later identified, and a memorandum of arrest has been filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 24

12:11 a.m. The Brookings Police Department collaborated with another police agency to exchange information regarding an ongoing investigation.

1:09 p.m. Officer Page spoke with an individual about a lost Visa at the Brookings Police Department.

7:19 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of 22nd Avenue in reference to a three-vehicle, non-injury crash. One driver was cited for following too closely.

7:19 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of 22nd Avenue in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash. One driver was cited for improper left turn, and the other driver was cited for no driver’s license.
