The Brookings ProStart Management and Culinary teams will host a fundraiser starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the 1429 Roadhouse in Brookings before their trip to nationals later this month.
The culinary team will make its competition dish for customers, and the management team will work as servers in the restaurant to help cover some expenses for the upcoming trip to Charleston, S.C. All are welcome.
